Michele is the Founder of Barefoot Lacrosse and is passionate about helping girls find their best opportunities for lacrosse and life. She was Captain of the Lacrosse and Field Hockey Teams at Lehigh University and played in multiple national championships in both sports.After graduating in chemical engineering, she moved to New Zealand where she did extensive solo trekking and open-ocean swimming. She returned to Lehigh to coach DI field hockey and lacrosse and earned her Masters in civil engineering / hydrogeology. She moved to Annapolis, Maryland to be a groundwater consultant and also coached club and college lacrosse there. Michele moved her family and engineering business to Florida in 2002, where she became immersed in surfing and coaching high school and club lacrosse. Michele was the Technical Director for the New Zealand National Team for the 2017 World Cup. She currently runs Launch Lacrosse Clinics and is a private recruiting specialist, focused on helping players find the best college fit.
ZOE SMITH
Zoë Parker Smith is known for coaching the whole athlete to help each player compete at the top level possible and enjoys finding the best college match for her athletes. Smith has been the Owner, Director and Coach at Denver Summit for the past 6 years. Summit's national teams, Summit Black, features elite players from Colorado, Illinois, Michigan and Ohio. Smith is the Head Coach of the Under Armor Southwest Team and the Regional Director for Athletes Unlimited Futures program. Originally from Baltimore, MD, Smith played on the women’s lacrosse team at University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, leading the Tar Heels to the NCAA Semifinals in both her junior and senior years. As a senior, Smith was Team Captain, and won the Class of 1996 Leadership Award. Smith was on the University of Denver women’s lacrosse staff for four years and a High School Varsity Head Coach for 13 years. Smith resides in Denver, Colorado with her husband - also a lacrosse coach - and their two children.
Amber Hill has been a professional lacrosse player since the beginning of pro women’s lacrosse, first with the UWLX League in 2018 and now with Athletes Unlimited, where last season she finished 26/59 players in points and 4/8 for GKs. Amber played at Syracuse University and was the 2007 Big East MVP, and is the 2nd All-Time Single Season Saves Record and 3rd All-Time Career Save Percentage holder. Amber was Captain for the Haudenosaunee Nationals World Cup team from 2006-2020, competing in the World Lacrosse World Championships in 2007, 2009, 2013, 2017 and winning the gold in the PALA World Lacrosse World Cup Qualifier in 2019. On the box lacrosse side of the spectrum, Amber has won 3 gold medals as a Captain with the Six Nations Snipers in the Women’s Arena Lacrosse League in 2017, 2018, and 2022. Amber is the Founder of Vicious Lacrosse, and works full-time training elite goalkeepers while addressing the mental-health challenges surrounding the position. Amber is passionate about helping college-bound athletes develop into the best version of themselves and pursue their optimal recruiting path.
JORDAN SANOCKI
Jordan has coached with Ultimate Lacrosse for the past four years and is currently the club's Chester County Regional Director and the Head Coach of the PA 2026 Team and the Elite 2026 Team. Jordan is also currently the Head Lacrosse Coach at Penn State University, Abington and an Assistant Coach at Central Bucks High School West. Jordan played DIII lacrosse at Delaware Valley University, where she was a defensive midfielder and specialized at the draw and on the draw circle. Jordan graduated from DelVal in 2017 with a B.S. in Sustainable Agriculture Systems. She has played lacrosse and field hockey competitively for 17+ years and has coached female athletes for 10+ years.
NINA SUTTON
Nina is a defender from New Zealand who is also formidable at the draw. She played D1 lacrosse at Central Connecticut while earning her BS in Exercise Science She is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach. She is currently using her Covid year to play lacrosse at Life University while pursuing her Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine. Nina represented New Zealand at the 2017 Women’s Lacrosse World Cup where New Zealand placed 8th in the World and coached multiple teams in Auckland. Nina loves being active. When she is not on the lacrosse field, she is lifting, hiking or at the beach.
KALI GRISEWOOD
Kali Grisewood played DII Lacrosse for the University of Mount Olive in North Carolina as a mid/attacker from 2013 - 2017. Kali has played lacrosse competitively for 17+ years, has refereed for 10+ years, and has coached female athletes for 8+ years; with experience in coaching all ages from kindergarten through college. Kali is currently Head Lacrosse Coach at Central Bucks West High School (Doylestown PA) and Assistant Lacrosse Coach for Penn State University, Abington. Kali also is a coach with Ultimate Lacrosse Club, and coaches the PA 26/27 and Elite 2026 Teams. In addition to coaching, she is also an active US Lacrosse Official.and is the Associate Director of Operations at an indoor athletic training facility in Doylestown, PA.
