Michele is the Founder of Barefoot Lacrosse and is passionate about helping girls find their best opportunities for lacrosse and life. She was Captain of the Lacrosse and Field Hockey Teams at Lehigh University and played in multiple national championships in both sports.After graduating in chemical engineering, she moved to New Zealand where she did extensive solo trekking and open-ocean swimming. She returned to Lehigh to coach DI field hockey and lacrosse and earned her Masters in civil engineering / hydrogeology. She moved to Annapolis, Maryland to be a groundwater consultant and also coached club and college lacrosse there. Michele relocated her family and engineering business to Florida in 2002, where she became immersed in surfing and coaching high school and club lacrosse. Michele was the Technical Director for the New Zealand National Team for the 2017 World Cup. She currently runs Launch Lacrosse Clinics and is a private recruiting specialist, focused on helping players find their best college fit.
Finley is the Assistant coach at Monmouth University. For her first collegiate coaching position, she joins the hawks in their inaugural season in the CAA. She is a recent graduate (2022) from the University of Southern California, after 4 years on their lacrosse team, where she was an accomplished attacker with wizardly stick skills. While at USC, she competed in 3 NCAA tournament appearances and winning the 2019 PAC-12 championship. Prior to her college career, she is played at Central Bucks West, based out of Doylestown Pennsylvania,. She played for Ultimate Lacrosse Club, where she also coached throughout her college career.
KRISTA CRANDELL
Krista Crandall has been coaching lacrosse since 2007. Among the first to play the sport in Minnesota, she has worked to provide opportunities for the game to grow in the region, and works alongside her husband to run their club, Pipeline Lacrosse. She has toured the nation coaching national teams, and running camps and clinics in states from coast to coast, including Maryland, Pennsylvania, California, Florida, Colorado, Minnesota and Illinois. Every year, she watches her athletes head off to college with pride after coaching and encouraging them through the years of hard work that went into their commitment. Her 'Why' is her kids and her families, and the personal, professional, and life-long development that this sport can bring each individual.
Coach Tintle is the Founder and Owner of Athletes Choice and is known coast-to-coast as an expert in lacrosse shooting, dodging and agility, taking every player he works with to the next level. His mission is teaching life lessons through sports, enhancing performance, and reducing the risk of injury for long-term athletic development. Nick has spent most of his life playing and excelling in the sports world, crediting his success to the coaches who instilled a strong work ethic, the ability to overcome adversity, and a desire to improve on a daily basis. Nick was a standout player at UNC, Team Captain in 2008, Team Turnbull Trophy in 2007, 2x All-American, and was an MLL World Champion with Denver Outlaws in 2018 and on PLL Archers in 2019. ZOE SMITH
Zoë Parker Smith is known for coaching the whole athlete to help each player compete at the top level possible and enjoys finding the best college match for her athletes. Smith is a college recruiting consultant. Most recently, she was the owner, director and coach at Summit Lacrosse for over ten years. Summit's national teams feature elite players from Colorado, Illinois, Michigan, and Ohio. Smith is the Head Coach of the New Balance (formerly Under Armor) Southwest Team and the Regional Director for Athletes Unlimited Futures program. Originally from Baltimore, MD, Smith played on the women’s lacrosse team at University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, leading the Tar Heels to the NCAA Semifinals in both her junior and senior years. As a senior, Smith was Team Captain, and won the Class of 1996 Leadership Award. Smith was on the University of Denver women’s lacrosse staff for four years and a High School Varsity Head Coach for 13 years.
JORDAN SANOCKI
Jordan has coached with Ultimate Lacrosse for the past four years and is currently the club's Chester County Regional Director and the Head Coach of the PA 2026 Team and the Elite 2026 Team. Jordan is also currently the Assistant Coach at Central Bucks High School West. Jordan played DIII lacrosse at Delaware Valley University, where she was a defensive midfielder and specialized at the draw and on the draw circle. Jordan graduated from DelVal in 2017 with a B.S. in Sustainable Agriculture Systems. She has played lacrosse and field hockey competitively for 17+ years and has coached female athletes for 10+ years.
KALI GRISEWOOD
Kali Grisewood played DII Lacrosse for the University of Mount Olive in North Carolina as a mid/attacker from 2013 - 2017. Kali has played lacrosse competitively for 17+ years, has refereed for 10+ years, and has coached female athletes for 8+ years; with experience in coaching all ages from kindergarten through college. Kali is currently Head Lacrosse Coach for Central Bucks West High School (Doylestown PA) and Ultimate Lacrosse Club, formerly coaching for several schools and clubs along the way. In addition to coaching, she is also an active US Lacrosse Official and has held several director of sport positions.
